Personal use

Pilot Assistant Gmail is a private utility that retrieves and extracts aviation briefing information from a Gmail account expressly authorized by its owner. It is not a public email processing service.

Authorization

The operator must control the account and grant read-only Gmail access. The operator may revoke authorization through Google Account settings.

Operational information

Extracted flight-plan data is a convenience tool, not an authoritative operational document. It may be incomplete or outdated. Flight planning, fuel, weather, NOTAM and other operational decisions must be cross-checked against the current official briefing and applicable company procedures.

Availability

Access to the private integration may be interrupted by connectivity, OAuth authorization, Gmail API or NAS availability.
